"I have known Sam in a professional capacity for 1 year. In that time I've come to know how highly capable he is in swimming pool installation. His extensive experience gave him a tremendous depth of knowledge on dealing with all types of pools and equipment. He was very helpful and easy to talk with during the design. He's diligent at getting the highest quality components that are easy to operate and very reliable. He's just as diligent if not more so at ensuring every process with building a pool is organised and on time. Despite two months of rain, his guys worked late several nights to catch up and try to stay on schedule.

"When we set out to investigate and estimate putting an in ground pool in our backyard, we contacted several pool companies in the Longview area. The pool contractor we selected was Caribbean Pools, based on the best value, experience, examples of previous pool installations and the cooperative effort Sam Battiato, owner of Caribben Pools, exhibited throughout this process. Our expectations were exceeded and we are more than pleased with the pool and spa installation.

Sam's incorporation of the design we laid out was executed to perfection! Throughout the design process, Sam provided insights and ideas which only enhanced our original design. His attention to detail and knowledge of multiple steps assured us of a quality installation. When all the plans were in place, Sam laid out the installation schedule to where there was an efficient use of time, labor, and materials. As each phase of the construction progressed, Sam would talk with us and describe what was happening and what would happen next. The coordination with the craftsman was managed daily by Sam being on site to supervise, resolve any issues or concerns, and prepare for the next step. We went from a grassy backyard to a custom designed gunite pool and built in spa with stone veneer all around, which transformed our backyard into a fun and eye pleasing area for our family and friends to relax, cool off, and play. To this day, Sam is still available to support us with any new questions we have and has stayed committed to ensuring we have a pool and spa we will continue to enjoy for years to come.

"Sam was great! This was the first home I ever purchased and it was new construction. Once the home construction was complete, Sam and his team started the pool construction immediately. He hit his timeline dead on throughout the construction. He is obviously very knowledgeable about pool construction, but he's also a great guy and it was fun getting to know him during the build process. Unlike many other individuals that I dealt with during the construction of my home, Sam was always there to answer questions when I needed him- particulary concerning the pool equipment, which I was a novice with. "Sam Battiato, of Caribbean Pools, designed and built our pool in the summer of 2010. His crews were very efficient and kept the premises as neat as possible during the construction. The slope of our back yard required an interesting design, like no pool we had ever seen. It was not even a challenge for Sam and he quickly had drawings to show us just what it would look like. We told him to go with it.

It turned out to be a fabulous pool, complete with hot tub, fountains, water features, and plenty of decking. We have had so many compliments on its beauty and functionality. It is easy to maintain and all the components and pool equipment are top quality. We have had excellent operating results for almost 5 years.
